Alana Beal, LMT
Alana completed her massage therapy training at Carrington College in Spokane, Washington, earning over 700 hours of hands-on education. After graduating and passing the MBLEx (Massage & Bodywork Licensing Examination), she began her career in a fast-paced chiropractic clinic, working alongside two doctors and a team of six therapists.
She moved to the Twin Falls area in 2014 and has been actively practicing there since 2022. Alana believes the body has an innate ability to heal itself—a principle she has witnessed time and again throughout her career.
Her approach centers on true healing, with a specialization in neuromuscular therapy. She incorporates techniques such as deep tissue, sports massage, trigger point therapy, medical massage, and PNF stretching. Alana has extensive experience helping clients manage pain and discomfort caused by injuries, accidents, and the stresses of everyday life—whether acute or chronic. She also offers pregnancy massage, manual lymphatic drainage, aromatherapy, Raindrop therapy, TMJ work, and Swedish massage.
Alana views each client relationship as a partnership, working together to achieve meaningful, lasting results. Her goal is not only to provide relief, but to support long-term healing—so clients can come in because they want to, not because they need to. Every session is thoughtfully customized to meet each client’s individual needs.
She is deeply passionate about her work and truly enjoys being a massage therapist. Outside of her practice, she loves spending time with her family and being outdoors, especially going on walks with her dogs.
