Alana and Katie were independent contractors at Excel Massage. The closure does not affect their individual practices or existing clientele.
Gift Certificates:
- Unexpired Excel Massage gift certificates will be honored at Advanced Bodywork.
- If your gift certificate was purchased from the office on or after January 30, 2026, or if it specifies Katie as the service provider, please contact Katie directly for redemption or a refund at (208) 813-8773, as those payments were made directly to her.
Please note that Alana is typically booked 4–5 weeks in advance, so clients are encouraged to schedule accordingly. Gift certificates are valid for one year from the date of purchase and should be scheduled well before the expiration date. Unfortunately, certificates cannot be extended or honored after expiration due to last-minute or delayed scheduling.
Alana sincerely apologizes for any inconvenience or frustration this may have caused and appreciates your understanding.
