Please read before scheduling

Alana is currently accepting referrals only for general massage services. Exceptions include lymphatic drainage services, which are available to new and established clients, as well as appointments for valid gift certificate and courtesy card holders.
Online bookings are appointment requests and are not confirmed until approved by the therapist. To prevent delays or possible denial, please include your referral source or note your valid gift certificate or courtesy card in the Appointment Notes section when scheduling.

Please note that Alana is typically booked 4–5 weeks in advance, so clients are encouraged to schedule accordingly.
Gift certificates are valid for one year from the date of purchase and should be scheduled well in advance of the expiration date. Expired gift certificates cannot be extended or honored due to delayed or last-minute scheduling. No exceptions will be made.
Two-hour sessions may be booked online. If you are hoping for an earlier appointment, please contact Alana directly, as she may be able to accommodate you depending on her schedule.
For back-to-back appointments for yourself and a loved one, please contact Alana directly so the sessions can be coordinated appropriately.
A valid debit or credit card is required to reserve all appointments, including those using a gift certificate/courtesy card or HSA/FSA. The card is not charged at the time of booking and is kept on file to secure your appointment and uphold Advanced Bodywork’s 24-hour cancellation policy.
Payment is due at the end of your session. Advanced Bodywork accepts cash, check, Venmo, or Cash App only. HSA and FSA payments are also accepted when applicable. Please be prepared accordingly with an accepted form of payment at the time of your appointment.

If your preferred appointment time is unavailable, you are welcome to join the waiting list. Alana is typically booked 4–5 weeks in advance and is unable to accommodate walk-ins or same-day/next-day appointments.
We recommend scheduling the next available appointment while also joining the waiting list. Openings do occur, but an earlier appointment is not guaranteed.
If no appointments are available before your gift certificate expires, you may join the waiting list for an earlier opening. Placement on the waiting list does not guarantee availability, and expired certificates will not be extended or honored. No exceptions will be made.
Please select only days and times within regular office hours. Requests outside of business hours cannot be accommodated and will be removed from the system.
If this scheduling timeframe does not meet your needs, you may wish to contact another office with more immediate availability.

Monday: 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Tuesday–Thursday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Friday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Please note that the office is closed on most major holidays.

Important: When joining the waiting list, be sure to select “Yes” to receive notifications. This gives the scheduling system permission to contact you. If you do not opt in, you will not be notified when an appointment becomes available. Thank you!
